The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Build Digital Future website (https://builddigitalfuture.com) and all content, services, features, and products available through the website (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Build Digital Future LLC (“BDF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
“Client” refers to any individual or business engaging BDF for services.
“Services” refers to any offerings provided by BDF, including but not limited to outsourced business development, partnership outreach, lead generation, strategy consulting, and provider matching.
“Content” means all materials provided by BDF, including email copy, templates, graphics, reviews, and documentation.
BDF provides done-for-you outbound business development services, including identifying potential partners, building messaging, running outreach under a client’s brand or identity, and delivering qualified conversations.
Outreach is performed using tools and email infrastructure provided by BDF. Clients may optionally allow outreach using their LinkedIn accounts. All outreach is subject to the terms in Section 6 below.
BDF offers a free service that connects businesses with vetted marketing agencies, freelancers, and providers. BDF earns a commission from its partner network if a client proceeds with a referred provider. This does not affect pricing between the client and provider.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate company information
Approving outreach messaging (when required by their plan)
Granting access to relevant tools or calendars as needed
Responding to BDF communications in a timely manner
Participating in regular check-ins and strategy reviews (if applicable)
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay delivery or impact results.
All engagements require a one-time setup fee between $750 and $1,000 depending on the scope. This fee covers strategy development, messaging, infrastructure setup, and account warmup.
All service packages are billed monthly. Payment is due in advance of each monthly cycle. Payment methods and due dates will be confirmed during onboarding.
First Month Exception: If a client cancels during the first 30 days, they may request a refund for the most recent payment, excluding the setup fee.
After 30 days, no refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
All prices, scope, and expectations will be reviewed before onboarding to ensure alignment.
Late payments may result in paused services and incur late fees as agreed upon in individual service agreements.
Outreach may be conducted under the client’s name, email, LinkedIn profile, or role (e.g., BD Manager).
Clients authorize BDF to use provided brand assets, identity, and voice in outreach unless stated otherwise.
Clients are responsible for reviewing messaging before launch if specified by their selected package.
BDF reserves the right to adjust messaging for compliance, deliverability, or effectiveness.
BDF uses third-party tools for outreach (e.g., Smartlead, HeyReach) and takes precautionary steps to avoid account restrictions. However, BDF is not liable for:
Temporary or permanent platform bans (e.g., LinkedIn, email platforms)
Domain deliverability issues
Platform algorithm changes or outages
Clients acknowledge these risks when choosing to engage in outreach and waive liability for any account impact.
BDF does not guarantee results, conversions, revenue, or specific outcomes.
We guarantee professional effort, strategy, and outreach execution. Results depend on market response, client input, and timing — all of which are outside our control.
BDF may earn commissions or ongoing revenue when a client engages with a referred provider from our network.
This does not influence provider selection and does not increase your costs.
While we aim to disclose this in direct communication, you acknowledge and agree to this revenue model upon submitting your information through our website.
Any information shared by either party shall remain confidential unless permission is granted in writing.
This includes but is not limited to business strategy, customer lists, outreach messaging, and campaign performance data.
Clients may cancel anytime by giving at least 6 days’ written notice before the end of their billing cycle.
BDF reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client breaches these Terms or engages in unethical or unlawful activity.
See Section 4.3. Refunds are only offered in the first 30 days under the terms outlined there.
All content created by BDF — including strategy documents, messaging, designs, reports, and materials — remains the property of BDF unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use delivered assets for internal or client-facing purposes but may not resell or redistribute without written permission.
Our website and communications may contain links to third-party sites or tools. BDF is not responsible for the content or practices of those external services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted to our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
